Step into Your New Role
Kleinfelder is looking for a detailoriented Civil Engineering Program Manager to join our southeast engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients the ideal candidate will join our high achieving fastpaced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multidisciplinary in nature but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development solar and/or mining is especially relevant.
This is a hybrid office role and can be based in:
- Tampa FL
- Orlando (Mount Dora) FL
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to target and generate new opportunities
- Managing project including proposal development project organization subcontractor management scheduling financial management health and safety stewardship and delivery quality
- Overseeing pursuits designate the appropriate resources to projects define client needs address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challenges
- Leading technical cost and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer value
- Nurturing and growing client relationships
- Supporting the achievement of professional staffs career goals
Education/Certification:
- Required Bachelor of Science Degreein Engineering
- Required Professional Engineer (PE)
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary design permitting and construction as a consultant
- Ability to actively develop and maintain client relationships
- Capability to assess and resolve issues and conflicts
- Understanding of financial management of projects
- 12 years of related experience including 6 years of project management experience
