How you will make contributions that matter...
- Investigates reviews and assigns work orders and preventative maintenance to maintenance and production personnel.
- Coordinates preventive maintenance and maintenance project downtime with appropriate production departments and staff.
- Create supply purchase orders order supplies receive supplies
- Maintain SAP/Ariba data.
- Updates maintenance technician records work orders and equipment additions in SAP.
- Establishes approved supply sources which meet required specifications through research.
- Accurately6 reviews approves and converts electronic requisitions into purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Oversees instruction implementation and enforcement of policies as they relate to employees.
- Prepares purchase orders bid requests and required records on purchases prices and deliveries in SAP/Ariba
- Computes tracks and monitors total purchasing costs and cost savings.
- Approves supplier invoices and works with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory control through cycle counting physical inventory and maintaining system inventory records to ensure accurate and sufficient onhand material quantities.
You are best suited for the role if you
- One year certificate form college or technical school; or three years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions CAD drawings
- SAP experience a plus
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Pay Range: $29.07
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience educations skills and training.
