Job Description
Service Dispatcher at Roger Dean Chevrolet of Cape Coral
Roger Dean Chevrolet is currently seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our growing team! The responsibilities of a Service Dispatcher include handing out work orders to technicians monitoring the progress of the work being performed by technicians organizing and prioritizing the work and completion times and scheduling customer appointments as needed.

Service Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the work schedule coming in for maintenance and repair
- Dispatch fairly to technicians based on their skill level
- Communicate with the technicians the expected time of completion
- Communicate with the advisors any work that can not meet the expected time of completion
- Monitor the workinprocess with each technician
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update advisors frequently
- Track daily progress of all open work orders to establish the priority
Service Dispatcher Requirements:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Past experience as a service dispatcher or service consultant required
- Good communication skills
- A desire for a longterm career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
