Your mission
As our Marketing & Community Manager youll be at the forefront of Bella&Bonas efforts to grow brand awareness drive engagement and support sales. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a vibrant community of office managers our key B2B buyer personas through events workshops and relationshipbuilding initiatives. Your focus will be on creating meaningful connections ensuring our brands message resonates with our target audience and driving Bella&Bonas growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Branding & Communication: Develop and execute brand communication strategies that increase awareness and drive engagement with Bella&Bonas target audience.
- Content Creation: Create and manage content for various channels (social media website newsletters etc. to tell the Bella&Bona story and highlight our mission.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials presentations and other resources to help close deals and onboard new clients.
- Community Building:
- Build and grow a community of office managers through targeted engagement strategies.
- Organize events workshops and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and create value for the community.
- Develop initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and encourage office managers to become brand advocates.
- Event Management: Plan and execute inperson and virtual events to showcase Bella&Bonas offerings and create memorable experiences for our target audience.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with relevant stakeholders and influencers in the office catering and food tech industry.
Your profile
- Proven experience in marketing community management or a related role ideally in a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Selfstarter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving growth in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in event planning and is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English; any other European languages are a plus.
