Job title: Insurance Accounts Assistant
Salary: 40000 per annum
Location: London
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lawes are currently working with an established broker who due to growth are recruiting for a detailoriented Accounts Assistant to join their Insurance Accounts team.
If you have experience in reconciliation Bordereaux processing and financial reporting this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As an Accounts Assistant youll play a key role in reconciliation and processing activities ensuring accurate financial reporting and clear communication with stakeholders. Youll support finance operations manage payments and maintain high standards in account reconciliation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and reconcile insurance accounts including Bordereaux
- Ensure business reporting follows client protocols
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Liaise with finance managers underwriters and brokers
- Analyse monthly and quarterly Bordereaux statistics
- Attend regular meetings with the outsourced Bordereaux team
- Support finance and operational tasks as needed
EXPERIENCE
- Background in insurance finance reconciliation or Bordereaux processing
- Experience working with stakeholders such as underwriters brokers and finance teams
- Knowledge of insurance reporting processes and financial data management
SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience in project management and financial reconciliation
- Knowledge of insurance finance and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
