As a Kitchen Staff you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers. Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy. Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Answer report and follow owners instructions
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Proven cooking experience as a line or restaurant cook or prep cook
- Utilization of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industrys best practices
Ability to work well under pressure
Passion for providing hospitality
Enjoy working in a fast paced team
Ability to be on your feet for entire shift
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
