This position is responsible for creating positive customer experiences with both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and detailoriented person with friendly yet discreet and professional demeanor as well as strong administrative support capabilities.
Functions and Responsibilities Operate a highvolume multiline computerized telephone switchboard. Direct calls communicate messages and provide information to callers while also greeting assisting and directing visitors including customers vendors and applicants in the frontoffice lobby. Will perform a variety of detailed office support and data entry duties for various departments. Receive sort and distribute incoming mail and assign postage and prepare daily outgoing mail. Assist with various projects throughout the organization including faxing filing scanning coordinating travel arrangements for employees company event coordination ordering lunches and supporting other hospitality requests for meetings scheduling and organizing conference rooms and other ad hoc projects as requested.
Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook). Demonstrated ability to tactfully deal with a variety of situations and people and use discretion in handling confidential information. Requires proficient written and verbal communication skills; prefer experience working with customers either on the phone or in person. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
