Are you a motivated sales leader looking for your next big challenge Strykers Trauma team in Sydney is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth build highperforming teams and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.
What Youll Do
- Lead coach and develop a highperforming sales team
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your region
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on customer and market trends
- Recruit train and mentor Territory Managers
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
What You Will Need
Required:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing health or something similar
- Minimum 2 years of sales or sales management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth
- A passion for coaching and developing highperforming teams
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives at a national level.
Preferred:
- Experience in medical devices pharmaceutical or health care industry
