Minimum 1year automotive finance experience (desirable)
Experience with Payment Processing Titles Total Loss and Consumer Product Protection functions (desirable)
Auto Finance or related background (desirable)
2 years of experience in fast paced office environment (desirable)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to multitask and follow workflow processes for assigned job duties

Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

What to Expect
The Associate Account Servicing is responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Account Servicing Teams by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes adhere to HCAs policy and procedures per stated workflows as well as compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCAs KPIs. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in business demand and operations.
All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate crossdivisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
What You Will Do
1. Process requests in accordance with Account Servicing SLAs. This includes task prioritization
2. Generate send and retain documents as requested ensuring accuracy per HCAs Policy and
3. Be available for general incoming calls perform follow up calls and respond to emails received as
4. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to cocreate solutions that
