Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to join our team working in Brownberrie Lane Horsforth Leeds West Yorkshire LS18 5HD.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage maintenance of food levels food quality and brand standards.

This is a fulltime position 35 hours per week Monday Friday. Shifts ranging between 7.30am 3pm. No weekends. Hourly pay rate is 14.50.

In the absence of the Head Chef assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation.
Help oversee the general production of breakfast & Lunch.
To maintain food hygiene service & presentation to a high standard.
Support with managing the P&L and all associated financials.
Deliver first class food throughout service.
Manage all associated administration.
To manage and champion daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Ensure compliance of all processes and procedures including daily and weekly checklists and cleaning schedules.
Relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef or Head Chef level.
A passion for food and service.
Flexible approach to duties.
IT literate.
Excellent Customer service.
