We are looking for a passionate and driven Learner Success Advisor to support our Tes Institute teacher training programmes. In this role youll be a key player in driving lead conversion and learner engagement across our growing portfolio of accredited courses.
You will work to clear KPIs identifying the bestfit programmes for aspiring teachers teaching assistants and school leadersproactively building and converting pipelines of new learners while delivering a highquality experience.
Proactively contact inbound and outbound leads to identify and match learners to the most appropriate course.
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using channels such as email LinkedIn referrals and forums.
Deliver consistently against KPIs including revenue generation lead conversion and learner satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of productivity and engagement with potential learners throughout the week.
Provide a seamless experience across the learner journey through collaboration with internal departments.
Identify crosssell and upsell opportunities while championing the Tes brand and suite of services.
Translate your enthusiasm for Tes products into exceptional learner engagement.
Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or similar handling both inbound and outbound sales.
Motivated by targets and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
A consultative approach to sales balancing empathy with goalfocused delivery.
Demonstrated success working towards and achieving KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
Organised detailoriented and accountable in managing your own pipeline.
Desirable: Familiarity with the UK or British International Schools market and/or knowledge of teacher training qualifications.
