Job Description

Revolutionizing Executive Support With Simplicity Trust and Tech

As a Scale Customer Success Manager you ll manage multiple customer engagements deliver timely onboarding check-ins and provide tailored support to help users adopt key features. You ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth customer experience while contributing insights to improve scalable success tools and processes.

Our client is a UK-based virtual executive support service empowering businesses to achieve more with high-quality tech-enabled assistance. With a focus on simplicity trust and high-touch service they support leaders globally while maintaining a collaborative forward-thinking environment for their people.

Your Daily Tasks

What success looks like:

  • Nearly every customer with <10 seats has a monthly check-in in their first 3 months
  • Customers are onboarded quickly and adopting key features
  • Early feedback from these customers is used to improve our product and processes

Three core responsibilities:

Deliver proactive monthly check-ins:

  • Reach out to all new customers with <10 seats every month for their first 3 months (by email video or in-app chat)
  • Answer questions share tailored tips and track onboarding progress
  • Spot and resolve blockers early

Support onboarding and activation:

  • Welcome and guide new users through setup after month 1
  • Help them use key features and achieve early wins
  • Share resources and troubleshoot issues when needed else route to the support team

Contribute to scalable success playbooks and content:

  • Share insights from customer conversations to improve our onboarding guides and communications
  • Suggest updates to help content and playbooks
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve the customer experience

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 years in a customer-facing role (CS support onboarding etc.)
  • Able to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Friendly proactive and organized communicator
  • Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with international teams

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: 10 AM 6 PM MK time
Work setup: Onsite Skopje Macedonia
