What Youll Be Doing
- Recruit train and developa highperforming sales team that delivers results.
- Ensure a structuredsales process and followup systemto maximizerepeat and referral business.
- Enforce dealership policies sales procedures and best practices.
- Manageused vehicle operations with a sharp understanding of purchasing pricing and maintaining a profitable stock.
- Plan and executestrategic advertising and sales promotions(digital print radio events etc..
- Implementongoing training programsto keep the team sharp and up to date.
- Represent the dealership atmajor industry events(Auto Show State Fair etc..
- Review and approve deals ensuringaccuracy profitability and compliance.
- Address customer concerns with aproactive customerfirst mindset.
- Analyzemarket conditions and sales trends making datadriven recommendations to maximize profitability.
- Audit andevaluate tradein appraisalsto ensure competitive offers.
- Maintain aprofessional organized and welcoming showroom.
- Engage with customers on the lot and in the showroom fosteringlongterm relationships.
- Driverepeat business and referralsby delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What Were Looking For
- Energetic competitive and customerdriven leaderwith awinning mentality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Techsavvywith strong CRM and sales system experience.
- Indepth knowledge offederal state and local automotive sales laws.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- 5 years of automotive sales experience with at least2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication organization and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability tothrive in a highpaced highpressure environment.
- Valid drivers license with aclean driving record.
