Our clientis actively recruiting a midlevelFinance Transaction Associate (hybrid)candidate to join theFinance Transactions Teamfor ourCentury City CAoffice.Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience indocumenting and closing corporate debt finance transactionsincluding secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral loans. Requirements to apply:Cover letter resume law school transcript and writing sample.
Skills and experience needed:Significant deal experience is preferred with particular weight given to experience withdebt finance transactions. Experience should includedrafting transaction documentsreviewing parties organizational documents and resolutionsmanaging the timing and delivery of documents and closing transactions.
Type of matters:A broad array of financing transactions including secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral credit facilities asset securitizations and other financing vehicles.
