About the role:

TheTechnicalComplianceDirector will play a crucial role in evaluating iGaming regulations and ensuring our products are compliant. This position requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry regulatory frameworks and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive regulatory evaluations identifying gaps and formulating strategic plans to addresscomplianceissues.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and interpret iGaming regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Conduct detailed assessments of existing products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify and documentcompliancegaps and potential risks.
• Write the business requirements resulted from the legislation analysis submit via the EveryMatrix Features process and support the process as needed.
• Offer support to Delivery Managers and Product Managers to establish the appropriate solution that would satisfy the requirement and ensurecompliance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams both internal and on the client side including product development legal andcomplianceto ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on changes in iGaming regulations and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on regulatorycompliancestatus to senior management.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory requirements andcomplianceprocedures.
• Work closely with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure ongoingcompliance.
• Actively contribute in tenders wheretechnicalcomplianceinformation is needed.
• Collaborate with the commercial department to establish the yearly new markets entry strategy.

• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Finance or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum of10years of experiencein a similar role inthe iGaming or gambling industry.
• Experience with regulatorycompliancein multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of iGaming regulations andcompliancerequirements.
• Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and identifycompliancegaps.
• Proficient in MS Office and Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk management and audit processes.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the iGaming industry.
