Job Description
A welcoming community hospital north of Hays KS is seeking a fulltime permanent Laboratory Manager to lead their dynamic team!
Starting Pay Rate: $30.00 $48.00 / hourly
Laboratory Manager Opportunity:
- Fulltime direct hire position
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM
- Flexible Schedule options available: 4 10s
- Relocation Assistance and Signon Bonus negotiable
Laboratory Manager Responsibilities:
- Laboratory Manager will train supervise and evaluate the performance of lab staff; enforcing safety procedures
- Laboratory Manager responsible for quality/reporting overseeing daytoday operations in the lab while ensuring CLIA compliance
- Will evaluate quality control and modify manuals and policies as needed
- Laboratory Manager will build the lab budget maintain control of lab costs and prepare monthly statistics and quality assurance data
Laboratory Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field with an MT or CLS license required
- ASCP Certification required
- 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- 2 years in management
