Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking Coordination:
Support clients in arranging travel plans including flights lodging transportation and excursions using various booking systems and platforms.

Client Interaction:
Communicate consistently with clients through email phone and digital messaging platforms to understand their travel needs respond to questions and provide updates on their itineraries.

Customer Experience:
Deliver highquality customer service by addressing client concerns promptly troubleshooting any issues and ensuring a seamless booking process from start to finish.

Itinerary Preparation:
Design and manage comprehensive travel itineraries including detailed information on flights hotel stays transfers and booked activities.

Document Accuracy:
Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all travel documentation such as tickets confirmation vouchers and visa requirements and provide clients with clear instructions.

CommissionBased Sales:
This position is commissiondriven offering strong earning potential for individuals who are selfmotivated and successful in converting bookings.
