Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategiesacross ATL and digital channels
- Manage media budgets track spend and optimize for ROI and cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional planning of brand and performance campaigns from ideation to execution
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative media and analytics teams to drive campaign success
- Coordinate with agencies and local markets to ensure seamless implementation
- Other tasks related to this position
Qualifications:
- 46 years of experience in paid media digital marketing or related fields
- Proven success managing ATL and digital campaigns with quantifiable impact
- Strong command of Google Analytics and media performance tracking
- Experience leading social media campaigns with large-scale audiences
- Excellent communication organizational and cross-team collaboration skills
- Agency or multi-brand management experience is a strong plus
