Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile Content Writer who can create compelling and conversionfocused content for both our consumerfacing and corporate communications. From engaging email newsletters to social media posts and product descriptions you ll help shape our brand s voice across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to write in a way that speaks to individual consumers desires for sustainable products while also addressing the needs of our corporate partners who are looking for bulk orders custom gifting and sustainable business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Copy: Work with the creative team to develop campaign copy that is in line with the direction provided by the brand ensuring consistency across all channels. Email Newsletters: Write 24 email newsletters per week that are engaging onbrand and aligned with marketing initiatives. Deliver highquality conversiondriven content to our designer for layout and delivery. Create engaging and conversionoriented subject lines and preview text that increase open rates and drive action. SMS Copy: Draft concise compelling SMS messages that align with our brand and drive conversions and support the campaign calendar. Paid Media Graphic Landing Page Copy: Write conversionoptimized brandready copy for ads and supporting landing pages particularly for paid media campaigns that can be tested regularly. Social Media: Write thoughtful engaging and onbrand social media captions for multiple channels including Instagram LinkedIn and X. These posts will be tailored to both our DTC audiences and our BTB audiences. Web product Descriptions SEO: Update and optimize existing product descriptions for clarity SEO and brand alignment as well as draft new descriptions and titles for upcoming product releases. Write listicle copy blog posts and other web content to support SEO and compelling storytelling for our brand product. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to the brand s tone and voice across various platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Ability to write persuasive conversiondriven copy for consumerfacing content while also crafting messaging that resonates with corporate clients. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Experience writing for both B2C (businesstoconsumer) and B2B (businesstobusiness) audiences in an ecommerce or sustainable brand environment. Ability to work crossfunctionally with designers marketers and other teams to ensure content aligns with the overall strategy.
