Ihre Aufgaben:
- Koordination und technische Bearbeitung von Kundenproblemstellungen (Klassifizierung Analyse Lsungserarbeitung Entwicklungskoordination Zeitmanagement) fr unsere Kunden in Europa und weltweit
- Produktuntersttzung fr unsere Embedded Computer Module und Single Board Computers auf x86 und ARM/RISC Basis fr industrielle Anwendungen in der Medizintechnik Automatisierung Transport & Logistik und Gebudeleittechnik
- Technische Vertriebs und Kundenberatung whrend DesignIn bis DesignWin Phase
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebskollegen im AvnetKonzern
- Pflege von Board Support Packages und BIOS Updates
- Erstellen von Kundeninformationsmaterial wie Application Notes White Papers etc.
- Verwaltung und Pflege der WebInhalte
- Erstellen von Messeaufbauten und Demonstrationsaufbauten fr Kunden
Ihr Profil:
- Technische Ausbildung oder alternativ Studium (FH oder Universitt) der Elektro und Informationstechnik Embedded Systemtechnik Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung alternativ technische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Systematische Arbeitsweise
- Spa an neuen Technologien
- Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen auch in schwierigen Situationen
- Sowohl teamorientierter als auch selbststndiger Arbeitsstil
- Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
