The CPQ Product Enablement analyst is pivotal in leading the strategic deployment and optimization of new offers to our global quoting and ordering tool to empower our sales force to sell more and sell faster. This role will spearhead initiatives aimed at enabling and launching offers across multiple MSI portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead advanced strategy design and implementation of complicated products into our sales & selling tools such as CPQ (ConfigurePriceQuote) and OCC (Oracle Commerce Cloud)
Strategically plan and oversee the launch of new Software Mobile Video and Cybersecurity offers to diverse user groups ensuring alignment with business objectives
Act as the senior representative for Sales collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Product Orderability Product Management Finance Sales Sales Operations ITand others to drive and launch strategic enablementcentered projects
Develop and implement advanced offers and enhancements tailored for internal and external users across all business regions
Gather highlevel business requirements and develop innovative business processes as part of strategic design activities
Serve as the subject matter expert on gotomarket processes and channel strategies providing strategic insights and guidance
Develop comprehensive use cases test scenarios and guide the creation of test scripts; Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure toptier functionality
Author and maintain highquality business process present and deliver training to sales stakeholders
Establish and execute robust business readiness plans for new tool and/or capability launches encompassing change management communication and support strategies
Formulate and drive complex strategies to enhance tool adoption streamline efficiencies and maximize benefits for the Sales team
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelors Degree; advanced degrees or relevant certifications a plus
3 years of experience inBusiness Operations Sales Product Planning Sales Enablement or related strategic roles
Demonstrated experience in Project Management with a strong preference for those with a track record of managing largescale and complex projects
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple strategic initiatives under tight deadlines
Highly selfmotivated with the ability to operate independently and provide strategic direction in a dynamic fastpaced environment
Proven ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships building consensus and driving strategic initiatives with crossfunctional teams including Regional Sales Operations Channel Operations IT Software Enterprise Services Drop Ship Legal Marketing Finance Presales Order Management Post Sales Supply Chain and Credit
Keen attention to detail and complex problemsolving abilities from both an operational and strategic perspective
Superior communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey largescale complex concepts to a diverse audience
Experience working with ERP systems Salesforce CRM and other Business Operations IT applications
Target Base Salary Range: $63800 $127600 USD
