Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for digital marketing roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards social media and networking events to identify and attract top talent.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Promote Your Company Name as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and campaigns.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing recruitment to ensure a competitive edge.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on digital marketing roles.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources would be preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
