Reports to:
Head Legal Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited.
Your Role:
Primary point for communication with the Board of Directors senior management and the firms shareholders. Plays a key role in compliance with Companies Act 2013 rules thereunder and applicable secretarial standards and in administration of critical corporate matters including corporate governance issues mergers and acquisitions and other related activities.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Managing company secretarial function for Asset Management Company and the Trustee Company.
The Experience You Bring:
Qualified Company Secretary with 1012 year of experience in handling company secretarial matters independently
Strong communication skills and ability to deal with senior management functionaries including independent directors of the company
Knowledge of Mutual Fund and PMS regulations FEMA and other allied laws will be an added advantage
Strong team player with experience in working in a dynamic organization in a collaborative manner
