Job Description
Job Title: Auto Mechanic Company: Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake Location: Westlake OH
Job Description: Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As an Auto Mechanic you will be responsible for performing maintenance diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles including engine tuneups oil changes tire rotations and brake repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate and timely repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle issues repairs and recommended maintenance.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Keep uptodate with automotive industry advancements and attend training as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic with a minimum of 1yearof relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components including engines transmissions electrical systems and computerized diagnostic tools.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical issues.
- ASE certification or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating strong problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
