Business Development Executive Job description Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven real estate sales consultant to join our team. As a sales consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the buying selling or renting process. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service build strong relationships and achieve sales targets. Job Description Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Display and market real property to possible buyers. Ability to achieve sales as per organizational target. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Required Candidate profile 1 years of Sales Experience. Real Estate Experience will be an added advantage Proven track of successful sales record. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales negotiation and problem solving skills. Must be fluent in Bengali Hindi. Candidates with two wheeler will be an added advantage.
