Job Description
Scale up programme with focus on new acquisition manage daytoday operations and oversee its expansion according to the defined strategy/plan.
Conceptualize and implement innovative multichannel strategies for acquisition retention and expansion of donors base.
Develop and manage the annualplan budget reporting and analysis for the programme.
Ensure goalsare met in fundraising targets.
(B) Work Place Giving
Approachcorporates and seek permissions to get regular donations from employees viapayroll or online giving platforms.
Maintain the quality of communication with donors through regular monitoring and training.
Develop outreach plans that demonstrate appreciation recognition and engagement of donors.
Collaborate with Marketing &Communications team to get the collaterals developed for Work Place Giving.
Define clear performance objectives for the team members and monitor them inrealtime.
Develop team members through coaching mentoring and constructive feedback mechanisms.
Create and maintain a healthy working environment in the programme. Manage conflicts and grievances in the team.
