PURPOSE: We are lookingfor an individual who has an established network and relationships withVascular Surgeons & public sector Cardiologists. Understanding of the productportfolio is key. Stents and Guidewires are amongst the key productsthat you will be selling and your understanding and previous sales track recordwill be key in landing this role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.ENSUREMARKET & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
- Ensure uptodate knowledge of themarket drivers the competition market positioning evolutions within thefield etc.
- Ensure a complete understandingand consideration of customer requirements.
- Meet with marketing to implementthe defined appropriate product and technical support.
2.ACHIEVEMENTSALES & PROFIT TARGETS:
- Manage all sales activities forhis/her product group / territory.
- Set together with the SalesManager the targets and price levels and follow up the results.
- Assist the Sales Manager inanalysing all problems related to his/her product group / territory proposeand plan corrective actions in order to reach the objectives and targets.
- Assist to obtain the gross profitof the business and the sales development for a product group / territory.
- Market mapping: examine the marketconditions and identify trends in order to facilitate the strategy build by theproduct manager and sales manager.
3.IMPLEMENTMARKETING & SALES STRATEGY:
- Implement defined strategies anddevelop tactics in order to improve the sales and profitability of his/herproduct group / territory together with sales management.
- Assist to search for new salesmethods and possibilities.
- Assists in establishing theadequate sales channels and improve the quality of a product group.
- Manage the Key Opinion Leadersportfolio by proactively building and maintaining excellent relations.
- Maintain excellent relation withexternal official parties authorities and organisations.
4.MANAGECONGRESSES:
- Be present on local conferencescongresses trade shows to represent the company towards the target market.
5. TRAIN INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS:
- Give and setup trainingprogrammes for external and internal customers (search for the needs of atechnical training) in collaboration with the Product Manager.

- Complete a monthly detailed reportto ensure a smooth communication and information stream.
- Act as representative of thecompany towards many third parties.
- Assume all other responsibilities andauthorities this function may require regarding new opportunities.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Master or Bachelors degree
- Min 35 years of relevant workingexperience in similar function
- Practical knowledge of Salestechniques
- Preferably having network ofVascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists / InterventionalCardiologists / Cardiovascular products (depending on the relevant BU)
- Acquaintance and knowledge of thelocal market is a considerable asset
- Be a flexible team player be ableto work independently prioritize own work and maintain confidentiality ofinformation
- Have a positive attitude and beproactive have excellent organizational communication and interpersonalskills and be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints.Show drive and determination for all tasks.
