Qualifications youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field with emphasis on coursework that supports analytical problem solving skills
- 1 2 year required.
- 3 preferred
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Python).
- Knowledge of actuarial concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and network contracting is a plus.
- SQL Coding
- Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel

Your key responsibilities:
- Analyze network contracts to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data related to network contracts.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to support contract analysis.
- Conduct cost and utilization analysis to evaluate the financial impact of network contracts.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in network contract analytics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize network contracts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the network contract analytics department.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
