The Position
Senior International Patient Safety (IPS) Business Process Leader
We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.
We deliver knowledge on the safety profiles of our medicines define how to manage risks to patients and coordinate the pharmacovigilance system activities for the company providing a safe journey for each individual patient everywhere
The Opportunity:
You act as Business Process Owner for highcomplexity PV processes ensuring endtoend process design and oversight.
You lead and drive PV excellence across Roche Affiliates with bestinclass global PV standards.
You collaborate with CCLs Affiliates and global functions to achieve highquality and compliant global PV processes.
You engage IPS Community Heads and Affiliates in optimizing and ensuring adherence to PV standards.
You drive continuous evaluation and refinement of global PV processes and corresponding systems/tools.
You lead manage and sponsor PV improvement efforts and large crossfunctional projects.
Who You Are:
You hold a scientific qualification (PhD or MSc) in healthcare life sciences or a relevant discipline.
You have 10 years of experience in PV clinical research development or drug safety science.
You possess broad understanding and experience in global and Affiliate PV processes with a minimum of 5 years in Affiliate PV roles.
You demonstrate strong project and process management skills with 5 years in process design and oversight.
You possess strong interpersonal influencing and negotiation skills capable of working crossfunctionally and in matrix teams.
You exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills able to effectively summarize and communicate key points for decisionmaking.
