Were looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Partner Manager International to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Partnerships you will be responsible for identifying onboarding and enabling strategic channel partners to drive sustainable growth. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships think commercially and work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Revenue Operations and Product both synchronously and asynchronously.
Your Responsibilities
Partner Growth & Relationship Management
- Expand our international footprint by identifying and onboarding new partners in key global markets
- Build and nurture long-term trust-based relationships with existing and new partners
- Support partners throughout the full lifecycle from onboarding and enablement to ongoing collaboration
Sales & Market Expansion
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and collaborate with partners to achieve mutual sales targets
- Position Customer Alliance effectively to meet local market needs through partner channels
- Represent the company at partner events conferences and industry trade shows
Operational Excellence
- Maintain a structured pipeline and use data to track partner performance and forecast growth
- Optimize partner-related workflows and suggest improvements to drive efficiency
- Ensure CRM data is clean up to date and supports strategic decision-making
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal Sales Marketing and Product teams to align partner strategy with company goals
- Act as the voice of the partner internally and advocate for partner-related improvements
What we expect
Performance & Results
- Proven success in managing partner ecosystems or channel sales ideally in the SaaS or tech space
- Strong track record in lead generation revenue growth and business development across multiple regions
- Experience in working toward and consistently achieving KPIs
Industry Know-How
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS environment and recurring revenue models
- Experience in the hospitality or HotelTech industry is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partner enablement platforms
Communication & Relationship Management
- Clear persuasive communicator who can engage internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Ability to build and manage a wide variety of business relationships across cultures
- Fluency in English is required; German or other languages are a plus

- Passion for technology and business strategy
- Out-of-the-box thinking paired with a proactive solution-oriented attitude
- A self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage priorities independently
