About the Benefits Coordinator Role:
The Benefits Coordinator will report to the Benefits Manager and will become the third member of SGHs dynamic Benefits team. The benefits team works closely with the other nine members of the HR team including General HR HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
The Benefits Coordinator will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our employees by supporting them with their benefits needs and ensuring smooth administration in a fastpaced everchanging environment. This role blends administrative excellence with a true passion for helping people.
We are seeking a driven detailoriented individual who is excited about benefits and understands the importance of what makes an organization truly stand out. You will be a vital part of a compassionate employeecentric team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service. As a Benefits Coordinator you will provide assistance with multiple aspects of benefits support.
Location: Waltham MA. This is a hybrid position. The role requires at least one inoffice day per week specifically Mondays at our corporate headquarters in Waltham Massachusetts.

Compensation:
Anticipated : $35.00 39.00 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual rate offered will be based on the candidates experience and qualifications. Base salary is a part of SGHs industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary pay for extra hours worked an annual discretionary bonus program generous paid time off and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGHs Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
