Roles and Responsibilities:

• Exceeds client expectations across all touchpoints of social media driving creativity and quality across everything we do

• Establishes and maintains relationships with key client contacts and ensures that client/consultancy relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time

• Provides strategic input into accounts with an emphasis on social media strategy

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of paid media and is capable of developing and running paid campaigns

• Plans and develops social content with strategic skills and thinking

• Accurately scopes and manages budgets with excellent financial acumen

• Strong ability to report on financial revenue tracking of costs and forecasting

• Manages teams workloads resourcing planning and monitors staff utilisation

• Counsels at a senior level of client contact with minimal guidance and develops strategic solutions to solve client problems

• Confidence in managing difficult conversations and strong negotiation skills

• Displays strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

• Identifies and displays strong people management and development skills with an emphasis on upskilling junior team members in all aspects of the role

• Leads and also participates actively in team staff and client meetings

• Influences and inspires colleagues in learning about industry trends with an emphasis on social & digital strategy

• Routinely invests in building Agency morale and cultural activities
