POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Programs will support the CHS mission by assisting the Chief Program Officer in overseeing the programs operations contributing to the development of a structure that fosters growth in CHS programs and ensuring the quality of services offered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide handson support for growth initiatives including both organic and acquisitiondriven growth.
  • Provide business function management with supervision of service lines by developing business plans performance measurements overviews reporting mechanisms growth opportunities and budget support.
  • Maintain regular communication with the CPO CBSO and CEO regarding service line performance and expansions.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the Department of Mental Health.
  • Lead Process Improvement efforts within the programs.
  • Determine when independent action is appropriate and when consultation with the CPO and CEO is needed.
  • Facilitates effective decisionmaking processes to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and/or collaborate on other organizational projects assigned by the CPO and the CEO.
  • Liaison with external community partners and all stakeholders.
  • Provide engagement support for all program personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in business Operations Management Social Services or a related field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management and/or management of services for people with disabilities. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role

MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must provide a valid drivers license and proof of valid personal vehicle insurance
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

SHIFTS:FT 40 Hrs. per week) MonFri: 8am5pm
