Description
Base pay $19.88/hr. Could reach as high as $22.66/hr with 7 years experience.
Monday Friday 7am3pm oncall rotation for 1 week every 6 weeks.
$1000 sign on bonus available!
The right person will be part of a team that maintains a safe and homelike environment for clients.
Looking for candidates with previous experience with interior building maintenance and repair.
The ability to multitask safely use power tools and lawn equipment is important. You work well alone or as part of a team and take pride in your work.
Skillsets should include painting carpentry interview building repairs (ie. holes in walls removing/replacing doors etc) basic plumbing and electrical.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- MA License and Vehicle required
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired
- Previous experience in interior building maintenance/repair strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs required
