Job Description

Join Us as an Ergonomics Specialist at ProgressiveHealth LLC! Princeton IN

Are you passionate about creating safer more productive work environments Do you have a keen eye for identifying ergonomic improvements that enhance employee wellbeing If so we have the perfect opportunity for you as an Ergonomics Specialist supporting a large manufacturing facility in Princeton IN.

What Youll Do:

  • Leading engaging Ergonomics Education/Training sessions to educate employees on proper ergonomics lifting techniques and body mechanics.
  • Conducting thorough ergonomic risk assessments to recommend effective solutions tailored to site operations and job demands.
  • Driving ergonomic improvement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams integrating ergonomic insights into planning and decisionmaking.

What Youll Need:

  • A background in occupational ergonomics human factors safety & environmental kinesiology exercise science / sports science health promotions etc. Strong organizational interpersonal and computer skills.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing workplace wellness productivity and impacting team members wellbeing.
