Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking family medicine and med/peds trained physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Tunkhannock Pennsylvania.This site qualifies for H1B visa sponsorship a $10k geography stipend in addition to up to $250k Recruitment Incentive.

- Outpatient only clinic schedule variable work week
- Physician/APP panel sharing model
- Nurse call center to assist with oncall workload
- Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
- Centralized prescription refill team
- Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
- Epic EMR universal throughout Geisinger

- Compensation competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
- Up to $250k recruitment incentives
- Residency/Fellowship stipend up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation
- Geography Stipend up to 20k at specific clinics
- Continuing medical education 15 working days and $4500 CME funds
- Fully paid relocation
- 401k Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
