Job Description
Dayton Childrens is looking for 24 hour IR coverage starting in September!
Open dates:
Clinic/Night Call:
Sept 29 Oct 3
Oct 6 10
Nov 10 14
Nov 24 28
Dec 22 26
24-hour weekend call:
Oct 4 5
Oct 11 12
Nov 15 16
Nov 29 30
Dec 27 28
Schedule: 8-hour day shift Mon-Fri plus weeknight and 24-hour weekend call
EMR: EPIC and Sentrax
All IR procedures will be turned over to the contract IR physician (still to be discussed with DPI but for now assume it will happen) except when on vacation. During that time non-angio IR will be provided by DPI.
RPI (the adult group in town) will continue to cover angio for up to 25% of the year which will allow the contract physician time off on weekends when not taking call
Must have experience in Angiography & Embolization (5-6/day average)
Must have experience in Angiography & Embolization (5-6/day average)
Must be IR fellowship trained and able to do all interventional procedures including angiography. Must also have experience and the necessary case logs to cover pediatrics
PLEASE NOTE - at time of job acceptance the site requires the following to avoid delays:

**must get fingerprinting done immediately after acceptance
Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED BEFORE PROVIDER WILL BE SENT FOR NAME CLEAR
- Board Certified- REQUIRED
- OH license - REQUIRED
- Interventional fellowship- REQUIRED
- Clean background no malpractice - REQUIRED
- Must provide case logs and have experience in Angiography & Embolization -REQUIRED
- Name clear must include specific availability based on dates in description - REQUIRED
