Job Description
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Family Medicine
Start Date: 8/11/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Newport NH 03773
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 8
Shift Notes: 8hr shifts though traveler will need to stay late when clinic is open late (2 days/week) 40hr gt
Weekend Requirements: None/Holiday coverage if required
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION PREFERRED FOR THIS FACILITY
Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 75-mile radius restriction)
Non-billable orientation: 0hrs
Holiday OT multipliers: 1.25%
Charge Call and Call-back: Not applicable for this need

Submission Requirements
- 3 years or more of CURRENT experience - Required
- MUST HAVE CURRENT PRIMARY CARE/AMBULATORY EXPERIENCE
- Experience with patients of all ages required
- Clinical Office Experience - Required
- PHONE Triage experience - Required
- EPIC EMR experience - Required
- Previous Travel - Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
- Permanent address must be included in the profile
- ANY/ALL RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE TRAVELER PROFILE

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
