Job Description

Your Role:

- Guide and mentor Senior and Junior Engineers
- Define and evolve frontend standards tools and shared libraries
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and advocate for best practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers BackEnd Engineers and leadership
- Optimize state management performance and accessibility
What Youll Need:
- 7 years of experience in Angular and frontend development
- Expertise in Angular TypeScript and scalable architecture patterns
- Deep experience with state management (NGRX or Redux) and functional programming
- Proven leadership in driving frontend excellence and mentoring teams
- Strong experience building design systems and shared component libraries
- Ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
- Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development
Bonus Points For:
- Experience as a Principal Engineer or technical lead
- Contributions to opensource projects technical blogs or public speaking
- Expertise with Figma for design collaboration
- Knowledge of WebAssembly advanced browser APIs or cuttingedge tools
- Experience defining frontend governance and best practices
