Job Description

The Fairway Inn & Suites formerly known as Par 5 Resort is now under new owners and new management and we are excited to add new team members to the resort! This property offers guestsoffers breathtaking views picturesque fairways and a unique location in Mishicot WI. which is just 35 minutes away from Green Bay!

Join our Banquet service team!

Ideal candidates for this role will have prior bartender experience the ability to provide exceptional service the ability to work independently and the ability to problem solve as well as maintain a bartender license with the state of WI. This position has the potential to be scheduled between the hours of 6am and 11pm availability for weekends and holidays is required based on the various schedule of events.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older in accordance with the propertys state/local laws for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous beverage service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions.
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Detailorientated individual who is able to focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Ability to maintain a composed approachable and professional attitude.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 30lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to maintain accurate points of sale using various forms of cash handling and systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Verifying that patrons are of the legal drinking age by checking their identification in accordance with state/local laws.
  • Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
  • Restock replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly throughout shift.
  • Entering orders into bar POS collecting payments and balancing cash drawer.
  • Maintain a clean and wellgroomed appearance and bar area at all times.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check as it relates to the job responsibilities for this position.
