Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic female candidates for the International Voice Process role located in West Delhi on a fulltime basis. This position is open to freshers and is designed to provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities proficiency with call management systems and sales skills. Work experience requirement ranges from 0 to 1 year.

Salary: 1825k

Working Days: 6

Timings: 10: am7:00 PM

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills to efficiently handle customer queries and provide accurate information (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in call management systems to manage track and resolve customer issues effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell and influence buying decisions (Mandatory skill).
  • Customer service skills to maintain a high level of professionalism and satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and minimize response times.
  • Ability to multi task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide quick assistance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers with inquiries about products or services ensuring firstcall resolution.
  • Utilize call management systems to log and track customer interactions and transactions.
  • Engage actively with customers to upsell products or services and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure providing highquality customer service at all times.
  • Identify customer needs and route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Report service issues troubleshoot problems and participate in skills training as required.
