Job Description
The Dome is seeking PartTime Game Day Security staff to work on an as needed basis for events in the 202425 academic (June 2024 through May 2025 season. Now is your chance to join a passionate dedicated serviceoriented team of people who make each event memorable for our Dome guests. Our Event Staff play a critical role in the success of our events. As a member of the Dome Security Team you will be part of Syracuse University Football & Basketball games Special Events such as Major Concerts Monster Jam and many more. You will also have the opportunity to return year after year as many of our team members have been with the Dome for over 43 years. There is no better part time job in Central New York come join the fun and experience an event with us!

Responsibilities
Maintain access control by screening all guests entering the Stadium using a variety of metal detecting equipment and technology. Perform bag checks upon patron entry. Monitor crowd entering for prohibited items. Monitor areas within the stadium to ensure guests comply with building policy. Assist with undesired behavior and disturbances in the stadium. Provide a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. Aid in the direction of orderly evacuation of the building. In all situations perform duties in a courteous and professional manner.
