Title: Thomas Metcalf 5th Grade Girls Volleyball Coach for FY25

The Lab School Coach is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the program in accordance with Laboratory Schools and IHSA/IESA policies.
The coach is expected to carry out the Schools responsibility in contributing to the educational development of the student through their work with the activity. The coach teaches important skills relevant to the activity promotes teamwork selfdiscipline sportsmanship and leadership in a supportive environment that fosters personal growth.
Commensurate with experience and qualifications
The Lab School Coach is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the program in accordance with Laboratory Schools and IHSA/IESA policies.
CPR/AED Certified.
Much of the work occurs after 3:00 p.m. and on weekends in and around schools.
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Ability to effectively communicate.
