Exciting Opportunity: Lead User Experience Designer with a Global Tech Innovator!
Im looking for aUser Experience Leadto join a pioneering tech consultancy known for delivering innovative digital solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects with a multidisciplinary team spread across the UK India and beyond.
Location:Flexible (with key hubs in Birmingham London and Bangalore)
Salary:Up to 75k
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion UX Excellence:Advocate for usercentred design and drive strategies that align with business growth and customer success.
- Lead UX Teams:Manage UX activities on large complex projects ensuring seamless collaboration across research service design and delivery teams.
- Drive Innovation:Design usercentric experiences create wireframes journey maps and prototypes and oversee Agilealigned UX efforts.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:Support presales efforts contribute to project proposals and deliver presentations that showcase the value of UX.
- Foster Team Growth:Mentor junior team members guide professional development and contribute to the evolution of UX practices.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5 years in User Experience Designwith proven expertise in creating impactful userfocused solutions.
- Strong skills inwireframing prototyping and visual communicationtools.
- Proficiency inAgile frameworksaligning design activities with iterative collaborative methods.
- Experience designing withinGovernment Digital Service (GDS) standardsand using the GDS prototyping toolkit is a plus.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skillsto effectively convey UX concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Strongteamwork and collaboration skillsto work seamlessly across business analysis architecture and development.
