Job Description

Extended School Year Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Reports To: ESY Coordinator

Danvers Public Schools is seeking an Extended School Year Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the ESY program. This is a nonbenefited parttime seasonal position for the 2025 summer. This is a MondaythroughThursday program running from July 7 2025 to August 7 2025

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team during the Extended School Year Program (ESY) for students with disabilities.

The BCBA will work directly with students and other professionals to assess behaviors create evidencebased interventions monitor progress and provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and ABA assistants.
Key Responsibilities:

Design implement and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address challenging behaviors and teach new skills.

Supervise and train behavior technicians and ABA assistants ensuring that treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and that data collection is accurate.

Analyze and review data to monitor student progress make datadriven decisions and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Provide oneonone therapy or direct service to students when necessary utilizing ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce
