Duties and Responsibilities
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Build applicant sources passive and active candidates by researching and contacting community services colleges media and internet sites; providing organizational information opportunities and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Leverage networking cold calling FitzMark ATS and complex internet searches and research.
Screen potential sales candidates using industrystandard techniques and strategy.
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Understand job description culture environment and the ideal candidate for each open position.
Provide analytical and welldocumented recruiting reports to the management and HR team.
Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Experience and Qualifications
Highschool Diploma Required
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
3PL or Logistics Industry Experience preferred
1 years as Sales Recruiter (full life cycle recruiting and sourcing) or similar HR role
Knowledge and Skills
Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
Selfstarter mentality with strong decisionmaking skills
Ability to maintain composure in fastpaced environment
Ability to multitask while simultaneously building relationships
Professionalism organization and project management skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems
Advanced knowledge of MS Office database management and internet search
