Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Strategic Financial Planning
Lead annual budgets financial models and quarterly forecasts
Partner with founders and business heads on highimpact initiatives
Translate growth strategies into financial narratives
2. Revenue & Receivables (AR)
Oversee accurate billing reconciliation & collection processes
Improve DSO and build scalable receivable systems for global clients
3. Expenses & Payables (AP)
Monitor vendor/affiliate payouts and ensure timely disbursements
Identify areas for cost efficiency without compromising output
4. Compliance Taxation & Audit
Ensure endtoend compliance: GST TDS Income Tax FEMA ROC
Liaise with auditors regulatory bodies and legal advisors
Manage transfer pricing and international finance operations
5. Team Leadership & Systems Implementation
Lead a lean agile finance team and drive ownership at every level
Implement automation tools and ensure timely accurate MIS reporting
Qualified CA with 812 years of experience in digitalfirst organizations
Handson with Zoho Books Tally Excel Google Sheets & automation workflows
Excellent communication & business acumen
Based in Gurgaon / South Delhi / Faridabad
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified
- Digital Advertising / MediaTech / Affiliate Marketing Experience
- EndtoEnd Finance Ownership (AR AP Compliance Tax)
- Leadership & Stakeholder Communication
- Strong on Tools Zoho Books / Excel / Tally / Google Sheets
- Strategic Financial Planning & MIS Reporting
- Location: Gurgaon / South Delhi / Faridabad only
