What Youll Experience
As a participant in our Finance Development Program you will:
Gain hands-on experience in various finance functions including Controlling Internal Audit Credit Tax and Statutory Accounting.
Work in an international environment starting in Poznan Poland with at least one assignment in Hamburg Germany.
Build a strong network within ADM being mentored by senior finance leaders and work closely with experienced professionals.
Receive funded professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) to support your career development.
How the Program Works
Two-year rotation across key finance functions spending six months in each area.
Exposure to Global Business Services (GBS) Financial Planning & Analysis Controlling & Accounting Credit & Treasury and Tax & Statutory Accounting.
A structured learning experience combining on-the-job training mentorship and professional development.
The opportunity to secure a permanent role within ADMs finance team after successfully completing the program.
Who Were Looking For
Recent graduates (or students in their final year) with a degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn adapt and thrive in an international business environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
