Your Role:
As a key member of ALs Project Management Office (PMO) youll coordinate your teams efforts to deliver a variety of projects from launching new products and services to largescale application development systems integration operational efficiency improvements process reengineering and infrastructure upgrades. These projects are often highly complex and span multiple functions and business groups.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with Business IT and 3rd party vendors/stakeholders to confirm project deliverables.
- Oversee project plans schedules and budgets ensuring successful completion within scope time and quality parameters.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure effective communication within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.
- Maintain strong and positive stakeholder relationships.
- Coach project teams to adhere to delivery processes and standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
What youll need
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Relevant university degree and a minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Familiarity with project management techniques and Project Portfolio Management tools.
- Experience in Digital Organizations with industry best practices to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience with Organizational Change Management activities to achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage small to largescale projects in a crossfunctional environment.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
Professional Skills:
- Strong business acumen and technical resourcefulness.
- Excellent time management critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client and vendor management skills.
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Passionate about building exceptional client experiences.

Assets:
- Experience in the lottery and/or gaming industry.
- Familiarity with various development methodologies.
- Experience in internet and/or mobilebased product development.

Salary Band: $90300 $135450 A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $95000 $110000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as jobrelated skills market conditions relevant experience education training and internal equity).
Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from either our Moncton or Halifax Office
- Onboarding/Probation: Fulltime inoffice for the first 9 months based in Moncton NB preferred.
- After Probation: You can choose to either continue working fulltime in the office or switch to a hybrid model coming into the office 23 times a week.
