Job Summary
We are looking for a fulltime sales associate at Chris Auffenberg Hyundai of Cape Girardeau. This position involves working with customers to identify their needs and maximize opportunities for sales through customer service and follow up. The successful applicant will be paid in commission only and will report to the Sales Manager.
Compensation & Benefits
The successful applicant can expect to earn up to $100000 per year in commission paid semimonthly. Sales training and ongoing guidance from the Sales Manager will be provided. Additional benefits include a flexible schedule a stimulating work environment and the opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers to identify their needs
Organize test drives for customers
Review customer credit applications and document preparation
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Increase sales and profitability
Keep abreast of industry knowledge and trends
Manage the customer follow up process
Participate in staff meetings
Enhance customer service experience
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience in auto sales strongly preferred
Knowledge of automobile parts and their functionality
Ability to work well with customers and team members
Demonstrated sales customer service and communication skills
Must possess a valid drivers license
Must be available to work flexible hours
